Description

12 The Watton is a 2-storey house, part of a group of six houses numbered 9 to 14 on The Watton. The houses are generally pebbledashed and feature a plinth, with two window fronts. They have slate roofs that are hipped at the left end.

No. 12 has a two-window front with 12-pane hornless sashes on the first floor and a similar, broader window to the left on the ground floor. The doorway to the right has a square-headed pedimented doorcase and a part-glazed panelled door. There are also small roof lights.
