Description
13 The Watton is a 2-storey house, part of a group of six houses numbered 9 to 14. The houses are generally pebbledashed and feature a plinth, with two window fronts. They have slate roofs that are hipped at the left end.
No. 13 has a one-window front with a 4-pane horned sash window on the first floor and a similar window to the right on the ground floor. The doorway to the left has a square-headed pedimented doorcase and a part-glazed 6-panelled door.
