Description

9 The Watton is part of a group of six 2-storey houses, numbered 9 to 14, that are generally pebbledashed and feature a plinth. Each house has two window fronts and slate roofs that are hipped at the left end.

No. 9 specifically has a two-window front with 12-pane hornless sashes on the first floor, and a similar window to the right on the ground floor. The doorway to the left features a round-arched pedimented doorcase, a fanlight with radial glazing, and a 6-panelled door.
