Nos.9-14 The Watton (consec) Group of six 2-storey houses. Generally pebbledashed, with plinth, and with 2 window fronts. Slate roofs, hipped at L end.

No.9 has 2-window front with 12-pane hornless sashes on first floor, and similar window to R on ground floor; doorway to L has round-arched pedimented doorcase, fanlight with radial glazing, and 6-panelled door.
