Description

1 The Watton is part of a group of six two-storey houses, each featuring a two-window front. The houses have slate roofs that are hipped at the right end of the group and are topped with brick stacks. The elevations are pebbledashed, with some sections painted, and there is a plinth.

No. 1 has two 12-pane horned sash windows on the first floor, and a similar window to the right on the ground floor. The doorway is to the left and features a doorcase with a bracketed cornice, leading to a six-panelled door with glazed upper panels. The right return of the house has a 12-pane sash window on the upper floor, positioned towards the rear.
