Description

5 The Watton is one of a group of six two-storey houses built together. The houses date to an unknown period. They each have a two-window front, slate roofs, and brick stacks. The exterior walls are pebbledashed, with some areas painted, and have a plinth.

The front of No.5 features two twelve-pane sash windows on the first floor, and a similar window on the ground floor to the right. A doorway is situated to the left, featuring a round-arched doorcase with a pediment. The overlight above the door has radial glazing, and the door itself is a half-glazed panelled door from the mid-20th century. To the left of this doorway is another doorway without a doorcase, leading to a six-panelled door.
