Description

No. 2 Tregunter Place is part of a terrace of five mid-Victorian houses located on Tregunter Place. These two-storey houses each have two windows on the upper floor and feature stucco exteriors with slate roofs. On the first floor, each house has two 4-pane sash windows, while the ground floor includes a splayed bay window, which has been altered in No. 5. The terrace also retains a wall surrounding the forecourts, complemented by heavy and elaborate iron railings and gates that are contemporary to the houses.
