Description

No. 3 Tregunter Place is part of a terrace of five mid-Victorian houses, all two stories high and featuring two-window facades. The houses are constructed of stucco and have slate roofs. Each house has two four-pane sash windows on the first floor, and on the ground floor, there is a splayed bay window also with sash glazing, although the bay window in No. 5 has been altered. The terrace retains a wall to the forecourts, which is complemented by heavy and elaborate contemporary iron railings and gates.
