Description
No. 4 Tregunter Place is part of a terrace of five mid-Victorian houses, known as Nos. 1-5 Tregunter Place, located in The Watton. These two-storey houses feature a two-window layout and are constructed of stucco with slate roofs. Each house has two 4-pane sash windows on the first floor, while the ground floor includes a splayed bay window, which also has sash glazing; however, the bay window in No. 5 has been altered. The terrace maintains a wall to the forecourts, complemented by heavy and elaborate contemporary iron railings and gates.
