Description

87 The Watton is a two-storey building with a three-window stucco front, part of a group that includes 88 and 89 The Watton. The end pilasters feature capitals adorned with egg and dart ornamentation. It has a slate roof with brick stacks at both ends of the main block.

At the western end, adjoining No.1 Tregunter Place, No.87 is a narrow two-storey bay with a gable. It has a sash window on the first floor, while the ground floor features a ledged door and a plain rectangular fanlight.
