Description
No. 1 Tregunter Place is part of a terrace of five mid-Victorian houses, each two stories high and featuring two windows. The houses are finished in stucco with slate roofs. Each house has two 4-pane sash windows on the first floor, while the ground floor includes a splayed bay window, which also has sash glazing, although it has been altered in No. 5. The terrace maintains a wall to the forecourts, which is complemented by heavy and elaborate iron railings and gates that are contemporary to the houses.
