Description
No. 5 Tregunter Place is part of a terrace of five mid-Victorian houses located on The Watton. These two-storey houses each have two-window facades and are constructed of stucco with slate roofs. Each house features two 4-pane sash windows on the first floor and a splayed bay window with sash glazing on the ground floor, although the bay window in No. 5 has been altered. The terrace also includes a wall to the forecourts that is complemented by heavy and elaborate contemporary iron railings and gates. The bay window has been reglazed.
