Description

R. Trevor Griffith & Co., Solicitors is a single-storey building dating from the 19th century, located on Broad Street. The front is constructed of rubble with a plinth and is painted on the right side. It features a slate roof with broad eaves on the left and a higher section, which is the Nationwide Building Society, extending to the centre rear next to a brick chimney stack. On the left, there are two sash windows without glazing bars, while the right side has a small pane casement window. The entrance includes a six-panel part-glazed door with panelled reveals and reeded pilasters. Above the main entrance, there is a twelve-pane sash window with a Victorian doorcase, a carved cornice, a six-panel door, and a lettered fanlight. The rear of the building faces Chancery Lane and is constructed of brick.
