Richard Booth's Bookshop Ltd. Warehouse, to rear of

Richard Booth's Bookshop Ltd. Warehouse is a 2-storey building with a 3-window front made of coursed rubble, topped with a slate roof that features a skylight on the right and brick chimney stacks at each end. The first floor has 12-pane sash windows with voussoir lintels; the right-hand window is blocked, while the other two have holders for window boxes. The central shop window is a 2-light design with a cornice and end pilasters. To the left, there is a boarded door leading into a cross passage, and to the right, a recessed entrance with a 4-panel half-glazed door, panelled reveals, and pilasters. The shop window has similar pilasters that wrap around the corner. On the right end of the building, there are two additional sash windows that match those on the front.

At the rear, there is a rubble cross range that extends down Brook Street, with the southern end featuring small pane sash windows for domestic use. Beyond this is a 3-storey warehouse that follows the slope of the land, characterized by an undulating slate roof and three-tier boarded doors, the top one having a swept roof. There is a louvred ventilator and various camber-headed openings. A broad recessed entrance is located at the right end, with one brick jamb. Attached at the end is a lower 2-storey range with a corrugated roof, and a rubble cross range that leads into a large courtyard situated between this property and The Limited Bookshop.
