Description
Cwmsawdde is a farmhouse made of whitened rubble stone, topped with a slate roof and featuring end stacks, the larger one on the left, both equipped with capstones and dripstones. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range that is significantly offset to the right, placing the door well to the right of centre. There is a 20th-century added matching window on each floor to the left. The windows are 12-pane sashes with stone voussoirs, and the door also has similar voussoirs. A loft light is located in the left end gable.
On the left end, there is an attached former outbuilding with its end wall rebuilt in cement block, which includes a window and door at the front. Inside, there is a central staircase, a small parlour to the right, and a large room to the left that features a fireplace with a timber lintel. At the rear, there is a former dairy in the outshut.
