Description
Llwynfron is a farmhouse featuring unpainted render and a slate roof topped with late 19th-century terracotta ridge tiles. It has a red brick stack at the west end and another wallface stack at the left end of the front wall. The building stands two storeys high and has an irregular three-window layout, with a lower wing extending across the left end. The front displays hornless 16-pane sash windows on the first floor in the centre and right, as well as a central window on the ground floor. A boarded door is positioned well to the right. The left bay includes a small four-pane window on the first floor above another door. The crosswing at the left end projects and features a brick chimney and a four-pane sash window on each floor facing the gable end. The rear of the farmhouse has a two-window range and a one-window range for the crosswing, with 19th-century window designs. Although not available for inspection, it is reported to have massive chamfered beams in the room behind the lateral chimney.
