2 storey, 4 window. Colourwashed plastered front on rubble. Moderately pitched slate roof, simply moulded modillion eaves cornice. Stacks removed.

Four, 12 pane sash windows to lst floor. Moulded architraves with cambered tops on reeded pilasters. Similar, deeper window to ground floor left. Ca l900 shopfront to right. Blind box over plain fascia. Plain sunk panelled pilasters, console to left, missing to right. Canted central entrance. Deep rectangular fanlight over half glazed door, shop windows flanking, plastered stallrisers.

Doorcase to left-centre, open pediment on compound pilasters. Panelled reveals and soffit. Good segmental fanlight over 6 panel door. Steps down to street.
