Description

Dewi Price & Co Solicitors is a two-storey building with four windows, featuring a colourwashed plastered front on rubble. It has a moderately pitched slate roof with a simply moulded modillion eaves cornice, though the stacks have been removed.

On the first floor, there are four 12-pane sash windows with moulded architraves and cambered tops supported by reeded pilasters. To the left on the ground floor, there is a similar but deeper window. A shopfront dating around 1900 is located to the right, which includes a blind box over a plain fascia, plain sunk panelled pilasters, and a console on the left, though the one on the right is missing. The shopfront features a canted central entrance with a deep rectangular fanlight above a half-glazed door, flanked by shop windows and plastered stallrisers.

To the left-centre, there is a doorcase with an open pediment on compound pilasters, featuring panelled reveals and soffit. Above a six-panel door, there is a good segmental fanlight, and steps lead down to the street.
