Description
70 Rhosmaen Street is a two-storey house dating from around 1809, featuring three windows. The exterior is roughcast over rubble, topped with a moderately pitched slate roof and plain eaves. It has rendered stacks. The first floor has six-pane sash windows, while the ground floor windows are similar and flank a central doorway that is slightly raised on the right side. The entrance includes a six-panel door, and there is a paved passageway leading to the front.
