Description

Park Villa is a detached villa that stands two storeys high, constructed with unpainted roughcast and featuring stucco dressings. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, while there is a red brick stack located at the southern end. The villa has a raised painted plinth, an unpainted first-floor sill band, and raised stucco angle strips.

The facade consists of three windows, all fitted with marginal glazed plate glass sashes and slate sills. The first-floor openings are framed with raised stucco surrounds. At the center of the ground floor, there is a four-panel timber door topped with a rectangular overlight. This door is set within a tall timber doorcase that has decorative brackets extending from the lintel, supporting a cornice hood with a leaded top. This design creates a narrow rectangle framed by the lintel, cornice, and brackets.

The ground floor also features a matching pair of projecting canted bay windows, which are three-sided and have painted stucco walls beneath a continuous sill. The narrower canted sides of the bays include narrow lights, with margins at the heads and bases, and both bays have hipped slate roofs. The eaves are finished with a plain timber board.

At the rear of the villa, there are single-storey extensions with stucco walls and a slate roof, which includes a tall red brick ridge stack. The northern side has a two-window range, but the rear fenestration has been altered. The property has not been inspected.
