Llwyn-yr-eos House

Llwyn-yr-eos House is a villa built with painted stucco and features a hipped roof with roughcast tall end stacks. Since 1975, concrete tiles have replaced the original slates. The house has deep eaves supported by paired brackets and is three storeys high with a three-window range. It has quoins and hornless 16-pane sash windows with painted stone sills. The ground floor includes late 19th-century canted bay windows on either side of the door, which have 2-4-2-pane sashes and modillion cornices. The entrance features a half-glazed door with an overlight set in a rusticated stucco surround, adorned with three large voussoirs. The side walls are windowless, and there is a lean-to on the south end. At the rear, there is a two-storey central projection with a hipped roof, roughcast tall end stack, and a window on each side of the first floor. There is a door to the ground floor on the north side. The property has not been inspected.
