Description

House in unpainted stucco with slate roof and stone end stacks. Three storeys with curved SE corner and deep boarded eaves. Curved angle has curved doors to ground floor and 12-pane sash to each floor above, both curved. Main front has 2 twelve-pane sashes each floor except ground floor left which has 3-pane shop-window in plain raised surround. Centre door with small-panel overlight.

S end wall to Church Street has raised sill bands and 12-pane sash to left side of first and second floors. Ground floor right 3-pane shop-window balancing that on main front.

Rubble stone 2-storey 2-window rear wing to Church Street.

Condition poor (empty Spring 1990).
