Description
65 Trevaughan Road is one of a pair of cottages alongside No 67. The two cottages feature a painted stucco front, with the rest constructed from whitewashed rubble, and have end stacks beneath a close-eaved slate roof. They sit on a raised plinth. The two-storey, three-window front has four-centred pointed heads to all openings, including three windows on the first floor. The center window is positioned above two doors, which also have similar pointed heads. There is a stone step leading up to the two boarded timber doors. The windows are two-light with small panes and four-centred pointed heads, featuring a glazed pane in the top spandrel, and painted stone sills. The right end stack, made of rubble, may be truncated, while the left stack is renewed red brick. The right gable end is whitewashed rubble with a small window on each floor in the end of the rear outshut. To the left, there is a slate-hung gable for No 65. The building was altered in the later 20th century.
