Description
67 Trevaughan Road is one of a pair of cottages alongside No 65. The two cottages feature a painted stucco front, while the rest is made of whitewashed rubble, and they have end stacks beneath a close-eaved slate roof. There is a raised plinth. The front of the building is two stories high with three windows, all openings have four-centred pointed heads. The first floor has three windows, with the central window positioned above two doors that also have similar pointed heads. There is a stone step leading up to the two boarded timber doors. The windows are two-light with small panes, featuring four-centred pointed heads and a glazed pane in the top spandrel, along with painted stone sills. The right end stack, made of rubble, may be truncated, while the left stack is renewed red brick. The right gable end of No 67 is whitewashed rubble and has a small window on each floor in the end of the rear outshut. To the left, No 65 has a slate-hung gable. Inside, there is a dog-leg stair with stick balusters.
