Description

No 1 Speedwell Court is a paired house built with unpainted roughcast and features a slate roof with a shared, renewed brick stack on the right. The building is two stories high and has a two-window range. The upper floor has 20th-century metal windows, with the smaller window located on the left. On the ground floor, there is a 20th-century door to the left, which is situated under a rear canopy of a through-passage, and a 4-pane sash window to the right. In 1981, it was noted that the house had exposed ceiling joists.
