Description

97 Lammas Street is a terraced house, paired with No 96, featuring a stucco exterior and a slate roof with a small red brick chimney at the left end. The building is two stories tall and has a two-window range that is offset to the right, mirroring No 96. It has 20th-century aluminium windows, with the upper floor having two windows that were likely originally sash windows. The ground floor includes one window similar to the upper ones, set in a moulded surround, and a 20th-century house door located at the extreme right. This door is paired with a door leading to a through-passage to Speedwell Court, which is structurally part of No 96. The house features a raised plinth. Inside, the hall has a boarded dado and a boarded ceiling.
