Description
95 Lammas Street is a terraced house built with painted stucco and a slate roof featuring boarded eaves. The eaves and ridge are lower than those of the adjacent house at No. 93, but both houses were constructed together, forming a single two-storey, three-window range with a stone chimney at the left end.
The front has three doors in the center, with the middle door leading to a passageway to Thomas Court. The windows are plate glass sashes with marginal glazing bars, consisting of three above and one in each outer bay. The three doors are not perfectly aligned; the door to No. 95 and the slightly lower door to the passage are both partially under the center window, while the door to No. 94 is positioned to the right between the upper windows. Consequently, No. 95 has a two-window range to the left and three doors on the ground floor to the right, including a half-glazed house door and a boarded recessed passage door. At the rear, there is a six-pane sash window above the passage.
