Description
92 Lammas Street is a terraced house, paired with No 93, featuring painted stucco and a slate close-eaved roof. No 92 has a square rendered stack on the right, while No 93 has a small brick stack on the left. The building is two stories high with a total of four windows. No 93 has replaced margin-glazed sashes, and No 92 has 20th-century uPVC windows. The upper inner window of each house is closely set above a central passage entry to Prospect Place, with the house doors located just beside this passage. The outer ground floor windows align with the outer windows above. No 93 has a four-panelled door with a plain overlight, while No 92 has an imitation door. No 92 features a raised plinth and a wooden sign over the tunnel passage that reads "Prospect Place."
