Description
96 Lammas Street is a terraced house, paired with No 97. It features a roughcast upper floor and a stucco ground floor with an upper sill course. The house has a slate roof and a large rubble stone chimney stack on the right end. It is two stories high with a two-window range, mirroring No 97. The upper floor has two sashes with marginal glazing bars, offset to the left. The ground floor includes a house door situated between the window bays, leading to a deeply recessed door that provides access to a through passage, which connects to Speedwell Court at the far left. This door is paired with the house doorway of No 97. A four-panelled house door, which was listed in 1981, has since been removed. At the rear, there is a slate canopy over the through passage and a slate-roofed lean-to on the left. Inside, exposed joists can be seen in the through passage leading to Speedwell Court.
