Description
1 Prospect Place is a paired house built from painted rubble stone, featuring a slate roof that continues with the adjoining house, No 2, on the left. The building has two storeys, with the upper floor containing two 20th-century uPVC windows located in the center and to the right, above two similar ground floor windows (the right one being a plate glass sash). To the left, there is a 20th-century uPVC door with an overlight, which is paired with the door to No 2. Additionally, there is a similar narrow sash window at the extreme right. All openings are framed with cambered brick surrounds.
