Description

No 2 Speedwell Court is a paired house built with unpainted roughcast and features a slate close-eaved roof that is hipped to a 20th-century added wing on the right. It has a shared renewed brick stack on the left side. The house is two storeys tall, with a 20th-century uPVC window on the left side of each floor and a 20th-century uPVC door on the right. The addition also has a 20th-century similar window on the right side and 20th-century windows in the end wall. In 1981, it was noted that the house had exposed ceiling joists.
