Description
13 High Street is a terraced house dating from the early 20th century, featuring painted stucco and a slate eaves roof with moulded eaves and a brick stack on the right end. The building stands three storeys high and has a three-window arrangement of plate glass sashes on the upper floors. The ground floor showcases a deep overall fascia situated between two thin panelled piers, consistent with early 20th-century photographs, and is topped with a modillion cornice. The fascia covers 20th-century double doors on the left, which were originally three flush panels each with a rectangular fanlight above. To the right, there is a shop window with four plate glass panes and a half-glazed door that is recessed. The interior has not been inspected. The left door provides access to a through passage leading to the flats above No 15.
