Description
Ashleigh House is a terraced house dating from the 19th century, featuring painted stucco with a slate roof and paired plain wood gutter brackets at the eaves. The building stands three storeys high and has two bays, with small paned sash windows and stucco keystones. The top floor has 9-pane windows, while the other floors have 12-pane windows; however, the ground floor window is smaller and not aligned, positioned to the left of centre. To the extreme right is a recessed door, which shares a doorcase with No 14. This doorcase is adorned with three pilasters and an overall architrave, featuring a plain frieze and a moulded cornice. The door itself is a 20th-century design set in flush panelled reveals, with a slate threshold. The interior has not been inspected.
