Description

House, one of a pair with No 1. Unpainted stucco ground floor and roughcast first floor, with close eaved slate roof and rendered right end stack. Two storeys, 2 bays with horned plate-glass sashes to first floor left and ground floor right. First floor right canted oriel with 4-12-4-pane glazing, the centre light fixed, and moulded timber cornice with hipped roof. Arched doorway to ground floor left with C20 door and plain fanlight (4-panel door in 1977). Raised plinth.
