The building features an unpainted stucco ground floor and a roughcast first floor, topped with a close eaved slate roof and a rendered stack at the right end. It is two storeys tall and has two bays. The first floor on the left has horned plate-glass sash windows, while the ground floor on the right has a canted oriel window with 4-12-4-pane glazing, where the center light is fixed, and a moulded timber cornice with a hipped roof.
