Description
No 2 Frogmore Villas is a terraced house, part of a row of three, and is a mirrored pair with No 3. The house features painted stucco with a slate roof, terracotta ridge tiles, and a red brick stack on the right end. It is two storeys high and has a two-window range. To the right, there is a full-height large canted bay window with sash windows, while to the left, there is a single sash window above the door. All sash windows have small panes in the top sash only. The bay window is adorned with moulded cornices, and the eaves feature a fretwork valance. The entrance has a four-panel door with an overlight, situated in an ornate timber porch that is paired with the porch of No 3. The leaded overlight is lettered '2 Frogmore Villas'. The porch has a slate gabled roof supported by a row of turned posts on low rendered walls. The posts are decorated with rings and capitals, and there are paired posts at the front. The blocks over the posts are shaped to create a keyhole motif, and the porch head is designed in a three-lobe pattern beneath overhanging fretwork bargeboards, which have an apex finial and pendant.
