Description

No 2 St David's Cottages is a terraced house that forms a mirrored pair with No 1. Both houses are finished in painted render and feature a slate roof with close eaves and brick end stacks. The building stands two storeys high and has a prominent central large canted oriel window topped with a hipped slate roof, which contains 3-9-3-pane glazing, with the centre light fixed. This oriel is positioned above, but not quite aligned with, a ground floor hornless sash window. Each house has a door with an overlight located in the outer bay, adjacent to the party walls of the adjoining houses, indicating that these two structures were built later. A plaque on No 1 states 'St Davids Cottages 1857'. Additionally, No 2 features a small gabled dormer with a plate glass sash window.
