No 3 Frogmore Villas

No 3 Frogmore Villas is a terraced house that is part of a row of three, forming a mirrored pair with No 2. The house is finished in painted stucco and features a slate roof with terracotta ridge tiles and a red brick stack on the left end. It stands two storeys high with an attic and has a two-window range. To the left, there is a large canted bay window that extends to full height, featuring sash windows, while there is a single sash window on the first floor to the right above the entrance door. All sash windows have small panes only in the top sash. The bay window is adorned with moulded cornices, and the eaves are decorated with a fretwork valance.

The entrance features a four-panel door with an overlight, set within an ornate timber porch that is paired with the porch of No 2. This porch has a slate gabled roof supported by a row of turned posts on low rendered walls. The posts are detailed with rings and capitals, with paired posts at the front. The blocks above the posts are shaped to create a keyhole motif, and the porch head is designed in a three-lobe pattern beneath overhanging fretwork bargeboards, which have an apex finial and pendant. Additionally, No 3 has quoins on the left side and features a large gabled dormer added to the eaves above the bay, which contains paired plate glass narrow sashes.
