Description
This is a terraced house located in Southsea, built with a painted stucco front and a close-eaved imitation slate roof. The house has two storeys and an attic, featuring a one-window range. At the top, there is a large gabled dormer with a pair of casement windows. On the first floor to the right, there is a canted oriel window with 2-4-2-pane glazing, which is fixed to the front and has a moulded cornice and a hipped roof. The base of the oriel window is chamfered. On the ground floor, there is a horned tripartite sash window with 2-4-2-pane glazing, situated beneath the oriel window and set within a moulded surround. A basement grill is located in front of the house. To the left, there is a doorway against the party wall of No 1 Lydstep Buildings, which features a keystone and a moulded strip cornice. The entrance has a recessed four-panel door with an overlight above.
