Description

This is a three-storey warehouse located between Merrivale and No. 2 Catherine Street, constructed from rubble stone with a grouted slate roof, which was damaged in 1989. The building features small square windows with timber lintels, with two windows under the eaves on the second floor and four on the first floor. On the right side of the first floor, there is a door with a timber lintel that is accessed by a flight of slate steps. At ground level, to the right, there is a broad entry with a flattened arch made of purple Caerbwdy stone voussoirs and a keystone, which has modern glazing and a door. In the center, there is a small-paned fixed light in an opening with a timber lintel, although this was blocked in 1981. The rear of the building has similar square windows on the first and second floors, and the end walls feature attic windows with rough stone voussoirs.
