Description
The building is a large three-storey warehouse made of rubble stone, dating from the 19th century, located next to No. 22 Catherine Street. It features a grouted slate roof with the gable end facing the street. The gable end has a wide entry on the ground floor, which is topped by an iron lintel. Above this entry, there are loading doors on both the first and second floors, flanked by square windows; the doors have concrete lintels while the windows are supported by timber lintels. The right window on the second floor is blocked with red brick, as are two small loft lights above.
The side elevations each have four windows, featuring small square windows with timber lintels on the first and second floors. Most of these windows are glazed, although some openings are boarded up. The west side of the building has three openings on the ground floor. The east side includes a door in the left bay of the first floor, which is accessed by 20th-century concrete steps, and a ground floor centre door with two windows to the right. The southeast corner of the building is rounded at the ground floor.
