Description
The coach-house at Y Fagwr is an early to mid 19th century structure that served as a coach-house and stable. It is built from colourwashed rubble stone and features slate roofs. The larger section on the right is lofted and has an entry for the coach-house beneath a timber lintel, which is fitted with double ledged doors. To the left is a stable that has a ledged door and a small window, both also with timber lintels.
The building includes two square loft windows located under the eaves and two vertical rows of three pairs of dove holes on the left side. The lower section to the left is a single storey and has one stable door with a timber lintel on the left, along with a row of dove openings under the eaves in the centre and right. There is also a smaller single storey section to the right of the main range, which features a door and a roof that is hipped at the southwest angle.
