Description
No 1 Cambrian Quay is a house built from coursed squared blue lias stone, featuring a slate roof and stone end stacks. It has two storeys and an attic, along with a basement. The front has a three-window range of 12-pane hornless sash windows, which are topped with cambered stone voussoirs and have slate sills. The central entrance is accessed by six stone steps and features a six-panel door with an overlight, also framed by a cambered stone head. To the right, there is a basement window, and to the left, a door, both with similar stone heads. There is one off-centre 20th-century dormer with a flat roof and a 9-pane window.
Iron area railings are intact to the right of the steps, while those to the left have been dismantled but are leaning against the adjacent wall as of 1991.
