Description

2 Water Street is a symmetrical, simple classical building dating from the 18th century. It is two stories high and features a three-window front made of painted scribed render, with end pilaster strips. The building has an asbestos roof, narrow eaves, and includes one brick chimney stack and one cement render stack.

The windows are recessed 12-pane sash windows, adorned with voussoir lintels and keystones on the ground floor. The central entrance is arched and also features keystones, leading to a recessed four-panel door topped with a five-pane fanlight. The left end wall is made of plain rubble.
