Description

9 Quay Parade is a simple classical building dating from the 18th century. It is two storeys high and features a two-window rendered front, with rusticated long and short quoins at the ends. The building has a slate roof with narrow eaves and a single rubble chimney stack that has been heightened in brick. The windows are plain 2-pane sash windows with lugged architraves and ornamental keystones, and there are recessed entrances towards the centre, each with a two-panelled door and a rectangular fanlight above. The right end wall is plain rubble.
