Description

5 Princes Avenue is a simple classical building dating from the 19th century. It is two stories high and features a three-window front with roughcast and scribed render. The façade is accentuated by end pilaster strips, rusticated quoins, cill bands, and plinths. The building has slate roofs with wide eaves and cement render chimney stacks. The windows at Nos. 4 to 6 are 12 and 16-pane sash windows, complete with lintels and lugged architraves. The entrances are arched and have a similar design, featuring recessed half-glazed doors with fanlights.
