12 Princes Avenue is a two-storey building featuring a three-window front made of pebbledash, accented by end pilaster strips, a cill band, and a plinth. The hipped slate roof has wide boarded eaves, and there are two cement render chimney stacks. The windows are 12-pane sashes set in lugged architraves with keystones. The entrance is a semi-circular arch with an architrave and keystones, leading to a half-glazed door. The left end wall is made of rubble and includes a boarded door that opens to a side lane. This building is included for its group value.
