Description

4 Princes Avenue is a two-storey terrace building designed in a simple classical style. It features three-window fronts made of roughcast and scribed render, with end pilaster strips, rusticated quoins, cill bands, and plinths. The building has slate roofs with wide eaves and cement render chimney stacks. Nos. 4 to 6 have 12 and 16-pane sash windows, which are adorned with lintels and lugged architraves. The entrances are arched and display similar detailing, including recessed half-glazed doors with fanlights.
