Description

3 Princes Avenue is a two-storey terrace building from the classical period, featuring a simple design with three-window roughcast and scribed render fronts. The terrace includes end pilaster strips, rusticated quoins, cill bands, and plinths. It has slate roofs with wide eaves and cement render chimney stacks. The windows at Nos. 4 to 6 are 12 and 16-pane sash windows, complete with lintels and lugged architraves. The arched entrances display similar detailing, with recessed half-glazed doors topped by fanlights.
