Description
Coedmore is a tall pair of three-storey buildings featuring three-window classical fronts. The front of No 1 is roughcast, while No 2 has scribed render. No 1 has end pilaster strips, and No 2 showcases rusticated quoins. Both buildings have slate roofs, with No 1 hipped to the left end and wide oversailing eaves, while No 2 has bracketed eaves. There are two cement render chimney stacks.
The buildings have lugged architraves with keystones throughout, except for the second floor of No 1. The second floor has nine-pane sash windows, while the first and ground floors have twelve-pane sashes, except for the ground floor left of No 1, which features a 20-pane fixed glazed window. The entrance to No 1 has a lugged architrave with a recessed later door. No 2 has a dentiled and bracketed hood on incised pilasters, with a recessed six-panel door and fanlight.
At the angle, there is a roughcast splayed wall with a twelve-pane sash window and lugged architrave. No 1 continues around the corner into Quay Parade, extending to the depth of one window. It has sash glazing on the second and first floors, similar to the front, and a fixed glazed 16-pane window on the ground floor.
