Description

Fairview is a pair of two-storey buildings featuring three-window simple classical fronts. The front of No 4 is finished with scribed render, while the first floor of No 3 also has scribed render, and the ground floor of No 3 is covered in rusticated render. The buildings have a slate roof with narrow eaves and a rubble chimney stack. No 3 showcases rusticated quoins and a cill band. Both No 4 and the first floor of No 3 have two-pane sash windows with lugged architraves and ornamental keystones. The ground floor of No 3 features two splayed bay windows with sash glazing, flanking a doorway that has a panelled architrave and a bracketed hood. The recessed panelled door is accompanied by a fanlight, and there is a 12-pane sash window to the left. No 4 has a recessed modern door.
