Description
Ty-llwyd is a farmhouse featuring painted roughcast walls and a close-eaved slate roof, topped with three roughcast chimneys, the largest of which is located on the ridge between the main house and the service range. The chimneys include dripstones. The building is two storeys high and has a long six-window layout, consisting of a three-window main house and a three-window service range that are of similar scale. Both sections are fitted with late 19th-century four-pane sash windows and painted sills. The main section on the left has a central door, while the service range has a door in the left bay, both of which are 20th-century replacements. At the rear, there is an outshut with a large stack on the rear slope behind the main house, and the outshut behind the service range extends further out. The property is not available for inspection.
