Description

Trefiw Fach is a house dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of rubble stone with a slate roof that has wide eaves and renewed wavy verges, alongside stone end stacks with dripstones. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window front, which is significantly offset to the left. It features sixteen-pane sash windows arranged around a central doorway. The front door is a six-panel design with an overlight featuring marginal glazing bars. All windows and the doorway are framed with stone voussoirs and have slate sills. An outshut extends to the rear of the property. The right-hand end has a small window on each floor, located in the end of the outshut. The rear wall has a nine-pane casement window above and a twelve-pane fixed window to the left of the centre. The interior of the house has not been inspected.
